Automating IPTC Export File Naming
« on: December 03, 2020, 10:31:31 AM »
Hello, I'm working on a Mac running Catalina using Photo Mechanic Version 6.0, build 5378 (4d1fe32). I want to export metadata from a large archive of photos and referenced this post: http://forums.camerabits.com/index.php?topic=1059.msg4848#msg4848. I have the export fields set up the way I want them, but I wonder if there is some way to automate the file naming of the exported text file. I would like to generate a text file that is foldername.txt.

No, there is no automation for the naming of the exported file.
