copy Metadata to the Metadata (IPTC) Template

Hi there,

Is there a way to copy the Metadata of one image to the Metadata (IPTC) Template?

I often want to copy the Metadata of one image to a group of images.
I can use the Metadata "Take" command of the image context menu.
Then I have first deselect the image and select the group of images I want to change, before I use the Metadata "Paste" command.
In Addition there is a dialog to confirm. A lot of steps.
The Metadata Template I can apply on a group of images easy with a shortcut.
It would be a simplification if I could copy the metadata of an image directly into the Metadata Template.
