moving PM settings from Windows to Mac

I have PM 6 plus running on my Windows Laptop.  I have FTP and many other settings configured on the Windows laptop but am moving to a macBook and wondered if it was possible to copy any of the settings folders over to the Mac to save having to re-enter everything from scratch?

I'm on the latest version of PM 6 plus on both Windows 64bt and Mac.
