Rename photos error

Hi
Getting error as attached while Renaming photos, only for some images.
Have been able to rename some others.
What could i do to rectify this error.

Your filenames are too long for Photo Mechanic 5.  You'll have to make them shorter in Windows Explorer.  PM5 has path/filename length limitations.  PM6 should be able to rename those long filenames.
