Multiple PM icons appearing in Dock

Photo Mechanic Version 5.0, build 19749 (20d085a). Mac Mojave 10.14.6

Hi there, I get multiple PM icons appearing in the dock (even though I've only one copy in Applications) and they even pop up in a rolling sequence - one icon appears and another disappears and so on. Any idea how to fix this issue?
