while setting a color class an error occurred
« on: July 18, 2021, 11:11:34 AM »
This error is happening on some photos I try to tag or change the color class. I tried it on two different cards with the same photos and it is happening on both, though not on the same photos as each other.

I need to get this figured out quickly.

...I tried it on two different cards with the same photos and it

If this means you are setting color class in files located on a memory card, you could try to copy/ingest to disk and set the color class in the copies, just to see if card/disk makes a difference.

Editing on the card is not recommended.  Often photographers will stop shooting on a card once it is full.  Editing a photo on a full card will fail because there is no space on the card to make the files bigger.  Adding metadata (edits) will make an image file bigger.

Ingest to your computer first.  Then edit.
