Ingest no longer launching after update

Not sure whether this happened after a Mac OS update or a PM+ update but the ingest dialog no longer launches when I insert a camera disk.

I have PM+ setup as in the screen shot and Image Capture set up as in the screen shot but the ingest dialog no longer comes up automagically when I plug in a camera card.

Nothing else has changed about my setup. Am I missing something ?

I just updated my PM6 from Photo Mechanic Version 6.0, build 5216 (bafac3a)  to   Version 6.0, build 5997 (a13e0cf)  it too will not launch ingest box.

Can I get some information from both of you?

Open a Terminal window (Applications->Utilities->Terminal)

Enter the following after making sure that your camera card is mounted:

ls -alR /Volumes/NIKON

then press the tab key.  It should autocomplete the rest of the name of your card.  Then press enter/return.

Copy and paste the text that is output into a personal message to me.  Or you can post it here.

For me I get "/Volumes/NIKON\ D500/" with autocomplete suggestions of "DCIM/" or "NIKON/" or "NIKON001.DSC*"

I do have ".fsevents" and ".pmingest,dat" if I cd to the mounted vol and ls -al

I'm assuming you don't want the "actual" directory listings beneath but can supply if wanted.

I just went back to Photo Mechanic Plus Version 6.0, build 5820 (a6fdfbc) and ingest opens as it should.

If you performed a catalog upgrade on your catalogs with build 5997, you may run into issues using an older build with your updated catalogs.
