Navigation Panel Goes Blank

Hello,

When even i open PM+ the navagation window appears blank for like half a minute without the folders shown.
I also happens whenever I need to refresh it, for example after adding subfolders with Photoshop exports.

Is there a way to make it faster? some times it is blank for longer... which under stress workflow is bad

P.s
If I change the sort method while its blank, the folders re-appear but un responsive.
