Flickering icons during long pause
« on: June 05, 2007, 03:41:10 PM »
I'm using 4.4.3.3. When I ask it to do certain things (create/rename a new folder, copy files, etc), it seems to take an unusually long time, and while it works whatever icon is showing (hourglass, arrow) flickers. Any thoughts?  thanx  Dave

What OS are you running?

How much time is "an unusually long time"?  Are you doing operations on a local hard drive or on a server?
