Repair Catalog After External Folder Move?

Hey - I moved a folder in Windows File Manager and now I need to repair/reindex/resync its related photo mechanic catalog to point to the new path. Can anyone please point me to instructions on how to do this? Sorry if it's a newbie question, I didn't have any luck finding the answer in my searches. Thank you!
