Organizer color scheme changes

Checkboxes, buttons and flyout menus changes from dark to light after displaying either the Searchable Fields... window or the Search Examples window...

Yes, it's a known problem that we're unable to fix.  It won't be a problem in the next major release of Photo Mechanic Plus.  You can work around it by making the theme dark in the Accessibility page of the Preferences dialog.
