photoshop stops working

I am using photo mechanic 6.0, build 6474 (389323d) on a MacBook Pro with macOS Monterey version 12.2.1. Lately,  When I hit " edit" in photo mechanic, sometimes Photoshop won't respond and I have to force quit Photoshop. Then Photoshop works for a while.  I have Photoshop 23.3.12.  I have also been getting a scratch disk is full message at times.Could  this is related to Photoshop not responding?  Any ideas on what to do.

A full disk can cause a whole host of problems.  I suggest freeing up some space and see if that fixes the issue.
