Ingest really slow

Howdy!
Running a Mac 12.3.1 with the latest PM. Have Delkin DDREADER-54 with ProGrade 650 / 325 CFexpress. If I do any of the Mac Ram clean options, ingest works at normal speed but for 1, maybe 2 operations, and then the ingest gets real slow again.

Any suggestions?
