PM 5 Live Ingest (Canon 1D Mark iv) not working with Mac os high sierra

I've tethered Canon 1D Mark iv to Canon EOS utility 2 + PM 5. Same folders in eos utility (destination folder) and (source folder) in PM5 live ingest. Photos are loading into EOS utility folder and photos are not loading to PM 5 Live Ingest (jpgs) Any options?

It sounds like you may have the process backwards? Live Ingest will take the files out of the source folder and move them to the destination. I am not familiar with EOS utility, but it should be transferring files to the folder that Photo Mechanic considers the source, and then Live Ingest will take the files from there and move them to the destination.
