metadata/iptc info fields

I am having trouble remembering how to "close" some of the fields.  My PM has been setup the same way for years, but with this newest upgrade, it changed and added the "Alt Text" and the "Extended Description" fields.  I would like to eliminate them.

It is always a good idea to read the release notes before installing any software upgrade.
