oauth tokens

I have been fighting with this for several days now with the uploading to Flickr or Dropbox from PM. I get to the authenticate part but then the next screen says the Service is Unavailable. I have removed PM several times, I have used a different browser, I have cleared cache and cookies but I still keep getting the same results.

I have mac M1 Pro
Ventura 13.1
Chrome 108
PM v6 b6645
