FTP jpg question

I have a question about the ftp.  When sending I'm not sure what to do with the saved as portion.  I am toning in photoshop and saving as a 10 on the jpg scale (1-12).  Is there any way to have PM just send the file as is?  If not, what would be the equivilent to 10?  Thanks!

Just tell the FTP As dialog to send originals and the file will be sent as is.
