color class after batch
« on: May 31, 2006, 09:27:31 AM »
First, sorry for my english but I'm french!
When I'am in contactsheet mode, I have some color label for my images, correct
but if a image with one color is in use with NikonCapture or another soft and I register
after a new curve or other, I loose my color label for this image on my contactsheet
even after a rescan.
I hope it's not so confuse.
Have you an answer?
Thanks a lot.

On version 4.4.3 you can set a preference to put your edits (tag, color class) inside IPTC/XMP data which most external apps preserve.  In the Files tab of the Preferences dialog, change the popup menu titled "Save tag and color class in IPTC/XMP:" to read "For all photos".  Then when you tag, color class, or update IPTC, your edits will be saved inside the IPTC data.

Well, beautiful, and many thanks.
Hope you'll translate your soft in french very soon.
