Forward/Back shortcuts in IPTC dialog don't work in 4.5.2 RC1

In IPTC dialog box, doing the forward/back shortcut keys (ALT+], ALT+[, SHIFT+ALT+], and SHIFT+ALT+[) don't work.

I think I am in RC1, but I can't tell.

You need to use the left Alt key.  The right Alt key is different on some foreign keyboards and that was causing serious usability issues for some folks.  Disabling the use of the right Alt key has solved the issues for these folks.

Duh!  I remember you saying that you changed that.  Left ALT key works just fine.
