Unable to render Leica M8 DNG (PM4.5.2/Mac)

With PM 4.5.2 on Mac OS X 10.4.10 I receive and "Unable to Render Image" error in red characters on a black background when I double click on a Leica M8 DNG file.
Any other user experience this behavior?
