dale,

How do i print only the selected photos in a contact sheet?

You just use the Print command on the File menu.  You can print Contact Sheets or Proofs.

Does this answer your question or did I misunderstand your question?

Kirk,
while printing proofs is what i want, there are 2 ways to select--one is touch each image and the other is checking the box in the lower right. I have success touching each photo/image i want, but it does not seem to print with the check box.

That is the Tag checkbox.  It does not signify that a command will operate on the image.  You must select an image to perform a command on it.

You can use the "Select Tagged" command on the Edit menu to select only your Tagged images and then do your Print if you'd like.
