code replacement 4.5.1.1?

so I'm trying to setup code replacement, and I do not have the button in the IPTC/XMP preferences in version 4.5.1.1 or 4.5.2, however when I download version 4.4 everything is there and works....what am I not seeing here?

I think code replacement has moved to the edit menu on the main tool bar.
