Show files with no keywords
« on: November 06, 2007, 04:33:03 PM »
It would be great if I can click on the view menu and have the option of showing photos that have no keywords assigned to them.

Thanks,
Joe

You can do this now within an open contact sheet. Open the Find dialog (Ctrl/Cmd-F), clear all the check boxes except for "IPTC data" and "Keywords", and leave the search field empty. Click Find and all the images in the contact sheet that don't have any keywords will be selected.

Thank you for that.
But it would sure be nice if it was a one click option like the other views.

I do appreciate the time to share that solution with me.

regards,
Joe

Joe,

Thank you for that.

You could also create a Custom Sort that sorts on {keywords} and then all of your non-keyworded images will be grouped together when sorted.
