PM and PS is a NO GO. Please help

When I edit my PM contact sheet PS hardly ever comes up unless the image was orignally edited in PS.

I tried right clicking on the image and Preview only comes up. I tried Option E. No Go. I went to preferences and I didn't see anything there that will help me.

Need your help

I went back to preferences. Went to launching after reading
a tech solution to another PM user on a similar topic.
