Trouble Setting Capture Date and Time

I'm having trouble setting the capture date/time. If I set the adjust relative setting to zero and the absolute date/time to 1999/01/01 01:00:00, the actual date and time that gets set in the jpg file is 1999/01/21 20:00:00.

Update File Creation Date/time is ticked.

The settings seem pretty straightforward and I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. Right now I have to use another piece of software to change the capture date/time but I would like to do it within PM.

Any help would be appreciated?

What version of Photo Mechanic are you running?  What OS are you running Photo Mechanic on?
