Send image by email - bad result
« on: December 16, 2007, 03:54:50 AM »
I recently used PM to send an image via email and it wound up looking like this:

What happened here?  There may be a clue in this message I got from Photoshop when I tried to open the sent image:

This was using Version 4.5.2, which I have since upgraded, but haven't tried to email from it.

Was it by accident set to "Use the RAW image" in the email dialog box?

Apparently it sets this as default in 4.5.3 .

No, I just checked in 4.5.3, and it was set to use JPG. I know I haven't changed that anytime recently. Besides, the original image was a JPG.

Thanks for trying...

Can you send us the original JPEG image?  Contact me directly by clicking on my name to the left of this message and then click on the "personal message" link.  I'll give you instructions on where to upload your image.

Thanks,
