Please consider showing the original filesize of a jpg image when using the slider bar in "Save as.." and "FTP as..." to save a new jpg file.
Attached below are two screenshots from PhotoMechanic 4.5.3 on Windows XP Pro SP2. The red text indicates one possible way of how this suggested feature might appear. It is red only to make it easier to find on the screenshot. It should be black text in real life.
+ it is an efficient way to help users not crunch or inflate jpg filesizes
- it makes the dialog box rather cramped with more text
