time now changed to date in IPTC

just installed latest version 4.5.3.1. and now the time and date window display the date in both windows.  The time the photo was taken is replaced with the date!  running Win XP SP 2.  Will un-install and roll back...

I can unfortunately confirm this bug.  It affects only the classic IPTC Info dialog on the Windows version.  There may need to be a 4.5.3.2 update...
