hello,

where can I find this IPTC-Field in PM?

Another application uses this for writing so called "IPTC subjects"

Probably the IPTC Subject Code field in the new scrolling IPTC dialogs.  If you're using the "Classic" IPTC dialogs, that field does not exist.  You would have to turn off the "Use Classic IPTC dialogs" checkbox in the IPTC/XMP tab of the Preferences dialog.
