Custom sizing for proof sheets

I am trying to adjust the size of an image on a proof sheet, but no matter how I set the margins the image will not move out of the center of the page.  Is there a way to move the image up more towards the top of the page and also align it more to the left?

No.  The layout code always centers in the available space.
