losing codes

I've added a team's codes and have no problems but when I restart my computer, they're gone. Not all teams - just one team.  When I add them again, they work until I restart. Any ideas?

It sounds like your preferences data isn't being saved anymore.  Are other settings you make saved and restored after a restart?
What happens if you just quit PM and start it again (without restarting your computer) are the settings retained or are they lost?

What version of Photo Mechanic are you using?
What OS are you running on your computer?
