Slow selection of color class
« on: August 27, 2008, 11:32:09 AM »
I am using Mac OS 10.5.4 with PhotoMechanic 4.5.3.1 on a PowerPC 1.67ghz PowerBook. When ever I rate my images via the color class system and then go to select the images, the selection process seems to take forever. It doesn't matter which camera I am using  - Nikon D2H or a Nikon D200 - the process seems to be taking way too long. I have the cache set to empty at quit. Are there any tweaks I can employ to speed this process up. It is really slowing down my work flow.

Thanks

Please upgrade to version 4.5.3.2 as it addresses a number of issues in Mac OS X 10.5.3 and higher.

It is a free upgrade for all 4.5 users.

Problem solved. I hadn't noticed the update was available otherwise I would have waited to post my question. All is well. Thanks
