i come from lightroom
now i hate  lightroom because it's too slow

i'm using camera bits but i guess it missed some feature

1) an uploader at last for flickr or other

2) a feauture to stick the photo in the map like google or other stuff

3) a browser for example , browse by keyword , camera ,lens...

Flickr will be supported in version 4.6 of Photo Mechanic.
There is a KMZ (Google Earth) exporter in 4.6 as well.

As for #3 are you wanting to search for photos containing a specific criteria?  The Mac version can do some of that, but full support for that sort of need will be filled by our upcoming cataloging solution currently in development.
