PM crashes on ftp

Hi, I am using a mac book using OSX 10.5.5 2GB RAM and PM version 4.5.3. More and more frequently now, when I send a file or files to ftp, with no alterations, that is as "original files", PM crashes and I have to re-open the program. Any suggestions as to what I should do to correct this?

You should try updating to 4.5.4 and see if this issue goes away.  If it still persists, then we need a crash log from you.
