Ingest dialog not showing when card mounted

Hi,
About the ingest dialog, I'd like to add that the show Ingest dialog window does not appear on mount of camera disk, although it is marked so in the general tab of preferences.
Windows XP

It sounds like your AutoPlay isn't set to have Photo Mechanic perform an Ingest.  Use Windows Explorer on your card, right-click on the disk and then choose Properties.  One of the tabs will be AutoPlay.  Choose Ingest With Photo Mechanic and then OK the Properties window.
