emailing a 600x400

Hi I am trying to email via PM a resized photo from the full sized jpgs in the browser window.  Under file, send photos by email, I try the custom size and put in 600x400 but when it sends it it comes through 600x399@200dpi.  We use a content management system that wont allow a picture to be uploaded unless its 600x400 at 72dpi.  Any advise?  I am using OSX10.5.6 and PM4.6   Thanks Rick

What dimensions are the original image?

They are full size jpgs straight from the camera, Nikon D700  jpg fine setting 4256x2832
