Still error when sending more than one photo via mail on MacOSX?

Hi,
Is this issue still not solved? I get an Applescripterror when I send more than one picture via Mail on MacOSX.

It's an error that Apple needs to solve.  What version of Mac OS X are you running?

What version of Leopard?  10.5.6 is the latest version.

as I said, the actual last version ... 10.5.6 - don't tell me, you have some special solution ... :)
