No right click menu in crop mode

Is it by intention or by accident that the right click menu doesn't appear in crop mode in the preview window. If Crop mode is disabled I get the righg click menu, but it doesn't respond in crop mode.

PM 4.6.1 beta 6 under OSX 10.5.6
