Corrupted files Canon 5D MkII

Hello,
since I got my new 5D MKII I allways have corrupted files. I just tag and copy to other folder. Both cameras do that. Any soft can open them after (to develop my raw, to photoshop...) I also found that it happened with jpeg files I am just tagging also in PM. Any idea what can happen? I am running mac OS 10.5.7

Sorry, I forgot informations I am using PM 4.6.1 and I have got 3 GO of RAM.
