Pics shown on the map
« on: August 14, 2009, 06:44:41 AM »
Is there any possibility to build up an export template (or maybe to purchase an allready existing one) to produce galleries like the following one showing images on a map?
http://www.breezesys.com/maps/index2.htm

This could be a really nice feature as a gallery exporting option.
Working on Mac, OSX, iOS and with some Canons.
Allways shooting RAW.

It's certainly possible.

Can you give some more info on how to complete it or is there any documentation to help achieving it?

You'd have to write your own Exporter template in the Ruby scripting language.  You can look at any of the other templates for guidance.  There is currently no documentation on writing Exporter templates as it is something we never expect customers to try and do.  But if you want to try and you know how to write software, then we're more than willing to answer questions.

I am not a programmer and don't really know Ruby. But I may find someone do it for me.
