Trial crops in slide show
« on: September 15, 2009, 09:12:12 AM »
We use Photo Mechanic slide show at photo club meetings to show off and discuss member's recent photos.  Often someone in the audience suggests an image would be improved by cropping - then people use their hands to hide part of the photo to see the effect.
It would be nice to have keyboard commands (for instance, the arrow keys with shift and option) to crop the projected image in and out, in large and 1 pixel steps, to test such suggestions.
I could imagine people using such a feature to quickly run through images, making rough first pass adjustments - in which case you'd also want a key to save a crop before going on to the next.
Would you consider adding something like this?
Thanks
Richard
