Changing crop orientation
« on: October 13, 2009, 06:21:16 PM »
I posted to an old thread of the same title that I found in the General Discussion section (http://forums.camerabits.com/index.php?topic=1971.0), but it's not getting answered perhaps because it's not "new".  I would like to request that you add a keyboard shortcut for changing the crop orientation while cropping (i.e. the same as clicking the <-> button).  Once you start a crop, it is annoying to move the mouse over to click the button and then back again to restart or continue the crop.

Thanks,
Danny

Yes that would be very helpful! Especially working quickly on a laptop...

I second this request I also posted earlier. A shortcut for this already existing feature would greatly speed things up.

Or maybe adding the crop a new feature of orientation sensibility meaning the orientation is based on the cursor movement like in LightRoom. But this feature would surely harder to implement and maybe a waste of developer resource while the shortcut solution (I think) is more easily doable.
