Upgrading computer

Sorry stupid question, about to upgrade my computer how do I install on new machine without disk, do I have to buy new license as I will keep older computer as backup etc only have single user license. will be new mac so upgrading operating system for 10.4 to whatever is current

Just download the installer from our website (www.camerabits.com) and install it on the new machine.  Enter your registration information.  As long as you don't use the two copies of PM at the same time then you won't need to purchase another license.
