what should i do in order to get a copy of pm to be installed on a second comput

hi, would like to  put pm on a second computer , it will be used by the same person.  so not at the same time on the two different computer,
i bought a new machine  and i'm slowly moving from one to the other .
how  should i do it

Download the installer to your new system.  Install it.  Register it using the same registration information as you used to register the first computer.
