Cannot "Open with"

For some reason I cannot open Mechanic when I select an image on my PC right click and try to open with PM it always defaults to the windows paint program. If I right click, select a program to open with, find PM in programs left click and see PM in file name it just behaves as if PM is not there

I have no idea why the OS wouldn't launch PM.  You can launch it with other means, right?

Try calling our customer support folks at 503-547-2888 for troubleshooting help.
