PM 4.6.3 won't rename files

PM 4.6.3 will not let me rename images. The string I'm using, "MIANHL_{datesort}-{timesort}," worked in the previous version.  The error message I'm getting: "An error occurred while renaming photo [xxxx]. The operation will be canceled, and the original file names will be restored."

Solutions???

Are you on Mac OS X or Windows?
