4.6.3 won't ingest or copy

Did my first live ingest last week.
Tethered shooting raw files. Worked great.
I was also ingesting cards at the same time to different locations.
This week I do a job and the live ingest won't work. It keeps saying that the watch folder is in use by another ingest.
I try to do a regular ingest and that also fails. I try deleting plist file but no go.
I revert to 4.6.2 and that works for a bit but then fails.
PM will also not let me copy files anymore (I can move but not copy).
I can't even ingest from a local folder.
Thoughts?

Please try the 4.6.4 beta 4 version available in the Announcements section of the forums.  If the problems persist with the beta, then please let me know.
