Sticky note or label for colors or stars

Normally I color code for quality but I'm working on a project were I need to code images more as a label / separator. But when I go back to the folder / contact I forget which color means what. Could you make it possible to have the color say "not for publication" when I mouse over it "no Model release"

It wouldn't always be this setting but just for a folder or group of folders.

again I may be the only one thinking this way but I doubt it

I'm wondering if you can use some variables in the Info Text and turn on the Info Tooltips to get the effect you want?
