PM 4.6.4 hanging on launch

When I launch PM 4.6.4 on my Win XP Pro desktop, it is taking about 3 minutes to launch which it never did before.  Then in the IPTC Stationary Pad, when I CLEAR and then hit LOAD to import a caption body, the program just hangs.  I've reinstalled the 4.6.4 update, rebooted, but nothing helps. Can't understand this problem.

Try contacting our support folks at 503-547-2888 tomorrow morning.  They should be able troubleshoot the problem with you over the phone.
