IPTC Stationery pad

Is there some way too change the filelds in stationery pad less fields?

If you use the 'Classic IPTC' layout then you'll lose all of the new XMP-only fields and have a much smaller IPTC Stationery Pad window.  Open the Photo Mechanic Preferences dialog, click on the Accessibility tab, and then set the 'Use Classic IPTC dialogs' checkbox.

Kirk, what happens with the values already saved in the XMP fields (zip, country ...) when switching to the classic pad?
I assume they will stay as they are but cannot be edited as they are not shown in the classic dialog, right?

Correct.  No data is lost.  You just can't see it directly, nor can you edit it.  You can 'see' the data if you use the corresponding {variables} in your Info Text.
